REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Customer can return an item for full refund if he/she is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refunds/Returns are only processed with following rules taken into consideration. (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE):

Item has to be returned within 15 days of purchase for refund.

The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.

A Shipping & Handling charge of $4.95 applies if a product is returned for exchange.

Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.

WE DO NOT SELL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS. If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement (Manufacturers' addresses listed below). We do not hold responsibility of used items.

We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.

Returned items without the original box and warranty papers will not qualify for refunds.

REPAIRS:
Products which need repair are supposed to be shipped directly to the manufacturers. We do not repair them. Following are the manufaturers' addresses and phone numbers:
